• An international integrated real estate developer with presence in China.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for investigating and analysing potential investment opportunities in the Greater Bay Area and establishing a reserve project library.

• Responsible for formulating investment plans and conducting business negotiations with target companies.

• Responsible for market research, data collection and feasibility analysis of proposed investment projects.

• Responsible for establishing, expanding, and maintaining good cooperative relationships with government agencies, land resources and partners.

• Other related work assigned by superiors.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, management, finance, real estate management and related fields.

• At least 8 years of investment and development experience in the real estate industry.

• Good data analysis and calculation capabilities.

• Familiar with investment analysis, process, and risk assessment.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Good public relations ability and market insight.

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
