• An international integrated real estate developer with presence in China.

Main Responsibilities:

• According to the company’s development strategic goals and business needs, formulate financing plans, and select financing products and programs.

• Write financing plans, project-related reports, and other documents.

• Responsible for the exploration of channels, finding financing capital, and maintaining the cooperative relationship between financial institutions, foreign investment institutions, venture capital institutions, and fund companies.

• Responsible for communicating and negotiating with various financial institutions.

• Responsible for estimating financing costs, reducing costs, providing solutions, and executing specific affairs.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in finance and economics.

• Intermediate economist, CPA or financial related qualifications are preferred.

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in commercial real estate, finance, and capital management.

• Good financing analysis and judgment skills.

• Familiar with relevant policies, and have financing channels and human resources in the fields of banking, trust, securities, etc.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
