Job Description:

• Oversee all financial matters

• Responsible for the preparation of statutory and management report

• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory requirements

• Provide effective strategic communications with unit holder, investors and analysts through various platforms such as meetings, conferences and website

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent field with minimum 5 years of experiences in REIT environment.

• Able to work well within a fast-paced and matrix environment.

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills, eyes for details.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Knowledge of SAP and ACCPAC will be preferred
