A renowned property developer and a subsidiary of a listed Group in the Stock Exchange of Singapore; with investments and regional presence across different countries in Asia.
Role:
You will support the Board and senior management in reviewing and strengthening the organisation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework and directives.
Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business and functional units to proactively identify, assess and mitigate key risks; including the preparation and review of risk reports, monitoring of enterprise key risks and key risks indicators etc.
Review, conduct, and update risk assessments on major projects, investments and divestments.
Develop and conduct the necessary training and communications to build risk and business continuity.
Assist with the implementation of ERM and BCM initiatives across the organisation.
Assist in assessing and placement of Insurance Programme.
From time to time, assist with any other special focus studies or ad hoc tasks assigned by management or Head of Department
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management
Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills
Good written, communication and presentation skills
