Job Description:

• Strategize, plan and effectively execute and manage the HR operations and policies in relations to compensation, benefits, staff mobility.

• Planning of manpower and employees related budgets and costs.

• Coordinate employees’ recognition, benefits, awards and performance.

• Review salary competitiveness, manpower cost budgeting & provisions.

• Manage and implement the performance management and remuneration review exercises.

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions are in compliance with business goals and regulatory requirements.

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in Human Resource or equivalent field with minimum 10 years of experiences in compensation and benefits or experience in rewards program implementation in a large organization.

• Able to work well within a fast-paced and matrix environment.

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills, eyes for details.

• Independent team player with excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability in spreadsheets structuring.

• Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic will be a plus point.
