Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Compensation & Benefits policies and processes;
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the annual calendar of executive compensation programmes, annual cycle of performance management, remuneration review, benchmarking exercises and compensation and benefits solutions;
Work with internal teams to implement and maintain Job design analysis, technical Job Evaluation, conduct survey job matching, application of salary benchmarks;
Develop rewards spreadsheet templates and writes clear policies & guidelines;
Partners with other HR departments to implement compensation & benefits programmes;
Provide support in other compensation, benefits or global mobility projects as required.
Required:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent field with minimum 5 years of experiences in compensation and benefits or experience in rewards program implementation in a large organization.
Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability in spreadsheets structuring. Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic will be a plus point.
Strong presentation, excellent communication skills and writing skills in English.
Good team player attitude and able to work well under pressure within a matrix environment.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
Highly numerical, analytical mind with superb attention to detail and excellent statistical skills.
