Summary:

• One of the leading Real Estate Developer who is rapidly expanding in the region.

• The position will be reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide legal support and guidance to the various business units on a wide variety of projects

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and policies in ensuring they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements

• Work closely with other stakeholders to identify areas of legal risks and mitigate those risks effectively on all projects and/or matters undertaken

• Draft and review contracts and deal structures, and participate in contract negotiations

Required:

• Degree in Law or any relevant field

• At least 8 years of relevant experience

• Posses relevant legal and coporate secretariat experience in listed companies

• Experience in the area of real estate/ project financing and multi jurisdiction will be an advantage

• Excellent analytical, drafting and negotiating skills

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity

• Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure.

• Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in an enterprising and dynamic corporate environment.
