Our client:

• A leading partner for businesses, our client offers business solutions for commercial vehicles, equipment and financial services. They are seeking for a Senior HR Executive for their talent acquisition team. The position will be based in Tuas (HR office).

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the full recruitment and staffing cycles

• Liaise with hiring managers on job descriptions, hiring budget, yardstick, requirements and headcounts, sourcing & shortlisting

• Handle interview arrangements

• Create salary proposals & ensure the proper approval are obtained before offering the role to the candidates

• Manage onboarding administration

• Continually develop a wide talent pool of candidates and recommend new channels for sourcing suitably qualified candidates in the most effective and efficient manner

• Support in headcount budgeting, planning and to provide external salary market data analysis to management

• Handle headcount report & tracking

• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Required:

• At least Diploma or equivalent

• Familiar with Singapore labor law with at least 2 years of handling talent acquisition duties

• Passionate about talent acquisition to assist business units to beef up their talent pipeline

• Creative in talent sourcing from various channels

• Good time management & multi-tasking

• Team player and excellence interpersonal skills

• Meticulous , analytical, persuasive, good communication skills and has a can-do spirit
