Our Client:
A B2B trade platform connecting global buyers and suppliers of all sizes.
Main Responsibilities:
Creating and reviewing marketing agreements and all the other contracts related eCommerce industry,
Conduct legal research, including monitoring and update of rules and practice in relevant industry.
Negotiating, writing, and reviewing legal documents.
Provide dispute resolution counsel to various business constituents.
Liaising and communication with government authorities.
Advise on a variety of legal issues including PRC labor laws, tech and data related laws.
Required:
Bachelor of Laws with education or famous law school will be preferential
Results oriented and able to work under pressure
Related working experience in following area is preferred: e-commerce, online platform operations, data, payment services and trading and logistics.
Collaborative mindset and attitudes
A multi-tasker and good at time management
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
