Our Client:

• A B2B trade platform connecting global buyers and suppliers of all sizes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating and reviewing marketing agreements and all the other contracts related eCommerce industry,

• Conduct legal research, including monitoring and update of rules and practice in relevant industry.

• Negotiating, writing, and reviewing legal documents.

• Provide dispute resolution counsel to various business constituents.

• Liaising and communication with government authorities.

• Advise on a variety of legal issues including PRC labor laws, tech and data related laws.

Required:

• Bachelor of Laws with education or famous law school will be preferential

• Results oriented and able to work under pressure

• Related working experience in following area is preferred: e-commerce, online platform operations, data, payment services and trading and logistics.

• Collaborative mindset and attitudes

• A multi-tasker and good at time management

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
