Job Description:
●Manage sales quota for regions and be responsible to meet and exceed the quota targets;
●Develop strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
●Manage the overall sales performance of product and service offerings;
●Manage and develop the sales team to deliver profitable growth;
●Prospect for new clients and qualify leads;
●Build good relationship and cultivate lasting relationships with customers;
●Manage sales budget, coordinate financial and budget activities.
What you need to know/ have:
●Degree in business, marketing or any related discipline;
●At least 7 years of sales experience from fin-tech industry, leading and scaling a high growth start-up or within financial services industry.
●Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
●Experience in managing sales for Fintech products.
●Hands-on, independent and proactive in searching for clients and sales.
●Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin with excellent negotiation skills
