Job Description:

●Pioneer role to head the business in Singapore, subsequently ASEAN Business. The General Manager will provide strategy, expand client base and growth of the product line.

●Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government institutions, regulators, banks, merchants across the region;

●Link regularly with relevant focal points in Government of Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam;

●Drive growth and profitability of the operation and ensuring financial targets are consistently met.

●Develop the commercial strategy with the headquarters to drive significant growth and brand awareness in ASEAN;

●Responsible for managing the budget assigned to ensure implementation of plans is done on a timely basis and within budgeted resources;

●Be the drive leader for all related licenses application in align with local regulators

What you need to know/ have:

●Graduate from World’s top Universities in finance, computer science or any related discipline;

●At least 7 years of experience in Singapore Govt Statutory Boards or fin-tech industry leading and scaling a high growth start-up or within financial services industry.

●Being sensitive to market trend and latest Singapore government policies;

●Has an innovative and strategic mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to lead and influence;

●Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
