Our client:

●A leading real estate developer with growing presence in Asia, including China.

●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Finance Manager (based in Shenzhen):

Main Responsibilities:

●Oversee financial reporting

●Prepare IFRS financial statements; monthly, quarterly, yearly and adhoc financial reports

●Assist with annual budget exercise and monitor variances

●Review and analyze operational performance, forecast updates

●Handle taxation issues

●Manage liquidity and cash flow requirements;

●Support treasury, capital raising and corporate finance activities

●Manage external and internal audit processes;

●Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

●Assist in the monitoring of compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures

Required:

●Good university degree

●At least 8 years of relevant working experience with 2 years in managerial level position

●Member of a recognised accounting body

●Good and current knowledge of IFRS

●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

●Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel skills
