Our client:

●A leading real estate developer with growing presence in Asia, including China.

●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Head of Finance (based in Shenzhen).

Main Responsibilities:

●Provide overall direction and control of all company financial matters including financial reporting and management, accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, auditing, reporting and analysis

●Develop, implement and adhere relevant financial policies and controls

●Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, tax regulations and regulatory requirements

●Lead and co-ordinate funding activities

●Manage external relationships with bankers, lawyers, external auditors and regulators

●Review reports to support SGX announcements (quarterly and yearly) and ensure compliance with Listing Rules

●Be an effective business partner to senior level management and play a key role in working closely with HQ on all corporate matters including corporate governance

Required:

●At least a University Degree in accounting or finance discipline

●Masters in business or finance (preferably).

●At least 10-12 years of relevant working experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in managerial level positions.

●Member of a recognised accounting body

●Good and current knowledge of IFRS

●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

●Microsoft Office skills

●Strong leadership skills
