●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.
●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Head of Project Management to be based in Jiangsu, China.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
●Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful project completion within contractual schedule, and budgeted cost meeting quality standards.
●Leads a team of professionals (consultants, engineers and sub-contractors) in various practices such as architecture, engineering, quantity surveying, environmental, safety, construction
Required:
●Possesses at least a good university degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
●At least 15 years of relevant working experience in China, with at least 5 years in leadership position
●Good track record of managing projects from conceptualisation to completion
●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
