Our client:

●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.

●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Head of Residential Project to be based in Jiangsu, China.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

●Lead the development of a residential project through the entire project lifecycle, right from project conceptualization to construction and handover to sales, within budgeted cost, quality and schedule.

●Overall responsible for the P&L, project planning, budgetting of the project

●Developing the overall sales and marketing strategy and all commercial aspects for the project

●Builds and maintains good relationship with local authorities, tax bureau and other external parties

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree

●At least 20 years of relevant working experience in China, with at least 8 years in leadership position

●Good track record of managing projects from conceptualisation to completion

●Strong in market knowledge

●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
