Our client:
●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.
●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Head of HR & Admin to be based in Jiangsu, China.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
●Overall responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities for the Group’s new real estate development project in Jiangsu, including setting up of HR policies and procedures, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc
●Responsible for administration management of the project, including vehicle management, security management, documentation, etc
Required:
●Possesses at least a good university degree
●At least 8 years of relevant working experience in China, with at least 3 years in leadership position
●Candidates with setting up experience will have a strong advantage
●Candidates with real estate background will have a strong advantage
●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
