Our client:

●A foreign-owned energy Group with assets across China.

●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Vice-President (Energy) to be based in Shanghai, China.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

●Overall responsible for business development, project management, asset management of the Group’s business interest in energy sector

●Evaluate and propose new business ventures in the energy sector, including but not limited to both traditional and new energy generation technologies

●Due diligence & integration activities for new projects.

●Oversee new projects to ensure smooth delivery and within budget and quality control

●Monitor & review the performance of all energy assets against plan & identify areas of concern for further improvements.

●Builds and maintains strong relationship with stakeholders

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree in environmental engineering or science

●At least 15 years of relevant working experience in energy industry with at least 5 years in leadership positions

●Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

●Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

●Be able to travel frequently within China
