Our client:

●A leading real estate organisation focusing on logistics and industrial developments across APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

●Formulate project modelling to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy

●Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of project activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required

●Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules

●Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications

●Develop proposal and documentation to tender and bid for projects

●Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required:

●A Bachelor degree

●4-5 years of experience in supporting project development, preferably in industrial or logistics sector

●Meticulous in handling project development documentation

●Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

●Comfortable to travel for work as required

●Adaptable to changes and ability to work as a team delivering complex tasks
