Our client:

●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.

●Due to business needs, they now have an opening for General Manager, Office Asset to be based in Beijing, China.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

●Overall responsible for the management and profitability of the Group’s office asset in Beijing, including leasing, marketing, operations, property management, asset management and finance

●Monitor & review the performance of the office building against budget/ plan & identify areas of concern for further actions & improvements.

●Builds and maintains good relationship with building tenants

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree in real estate or related disciplines

●At least 15 years of relevant working experience in office leasing, property management and asset management in China

●Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

●Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
