• A SGX Listed Co which has significant investment in the Real Estate in both Singapore and overseas.

Job Description:

• Focus on overseeing the management of an existing portfolio of assets located in Singapore and overseas.

• Provide oversight to the property managers as well as the overseas asset managers

• Work with the Senior Investment Manager and CFO for acquisition or divestment opportunities to enhance the overall portfolio.

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree with at least 10 years’ experience at management level for property & asset management, preferred retail assets

• Management of overseas retail assets, preferred Australia

• Added advantage, if familiar with financial modelling

• Worked with a Singapore REIT

• Familiar with presentation tools and effective presentation skills
