Job Description:

• Provide operational knowledge and insights in the design development.

• Support Project team to drive excellent product standards and on-time completion of Projects.

• Provide the latest features of the industry.

• Provide market research, trends to contribute to the company objective

• Able to identify and implement best practices in the industry.

• Lead and embarks on cross-functional projects to continually enhance guest experience through initiatives.

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in real estate related disciplines with minimum 15 years of track record in managing serviced apartments.

• Excellent operational knowledge in design development of serviced apartments.

• Familiar with latest market trends, best practices.

• Hands-on and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
