• A leading second-hand automotive selling and buying platform in Southeast Asia.

• Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Lead Data Scientist – Computer Vision (Manager) to be based in China.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Focused on researching, designing, developing, implementing and deploying full-stack scalable computer vision image processing, machine learning or deep learning solutions

• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, classification, segmentation, etc. in the areas of automotive or insurance.

• Collaborate with team members on developing computer vision systems starting from prototype to production.

Required:

• PhD or MS in Science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering related fields.

• Strong programming skills

• Computer vision related experience in image processing, image classification, semantic segmentation, etc

• Experience with machine learning / deep learning tools or frameworks

• Prior relevant experience in automotive or insurance industries will have a strong advantage

• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

• Self-starter and able to work independently as well as in a team
