Our client:
A foreign-owned energy Group with assets across China.
Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Senior Finance Manager (Power Plant) to be based in Shanghai, China.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Develops and implements the company’s Annual Budget, Business Strategy and Performance.
Leads the Finance and Planning teams to achieve the company goals
Overall in charge of commercial matters (negotiation) with major Key Customer Accounts
Manage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, government authorities and shareholders to ensure the best interest of the company
Develops, and implements appropriate commercial and finance support policies, systems and processes to mitigate business risk.
Proactively identify and address issues that may hinder the achievement of annual budget.
Required:
Possesses at least a good university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Energy sector
Strong financial skills
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
