Job Description:

• Responsible for overall compliance framework.

• Review Compliance related reports and documents

• Monitor and update the Compliance Monitoring Program

• Champion and implement local compliance related policies

• Provide advice on potential impact of industry or government policy changes

• Review and evaluate compliance issues with the management and Board of Directors

• Plan and execute the compliance audit fieldwork

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

• Good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and familiar with organizational best practices

• Meticulous and positive working attitude
