Our client:

• A Hong Kong listed company with International R&D and Manufacturing facilities.

• The role will be reporting to the Head of Legal for South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the legal, regulatory to protect the Company’s reputation and business interests and ensure that it complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Management of Group’s compliance with local Privacy laws and GDPR

• Draft, review, negotiate and provide advice on various commercial agreements for standard and non-standard transactions (especially manufacturing-related contracts)

• Legal Advisory and Implementation of Group’s overseas expansion plans including M&A and Green Fields Investment

• Contract Negotiations and Management

Requirements:

• Minimum a Law Degree with 3 year(s) of experience

• Energetic and pro-active team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with clients and Global HQ in China

• Able to work with minimum supervision
