Job Description:
Developing and maintaining the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management framework
Provide appropriate advice and recommendations on key risks, and emerging risks
Develop Risk Management tool, risk matrix, policies and practices
Champion risk management mindset and ensure implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures
Oversee or monitor operational risk management activities of the organization
Coordinate with business unit’s risk owner to facilitate the identification of company’s risk appetite
Handle complementary activities in sustainability reporting and performance improvements
Identify a sustainability roadmap for the Group and lead continuous improvements in sustainability reporting
What you need to know/ have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration or its equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ experience including 5 years in operational risk management on an enterprise wide basis (preferably with manufacturing operations); internal audit and/or compliance function in a trading or manufacturing concern; or risk management advisory from a Big Four
Hands-on experience in risk management roll-out, risk assessment and risk reporting as well as in implementing and driving risk management practices, systems and processes
