Our client:

A Hong Kong Listed electronic component manufacturing company with Offices and Production Facilities spamming across 20 cities globally.

This will be a sole contributor (part of the Tax Team globally) and reports directly to the Tax Director (Global).

Responsibilities:

Group overseas tax management

• Business model planning, developing and implementation of group’s overseas investment

• Group overseas investment company tax incentive application

• Group overseas Investment Company Tax compliance management

• Establish group overseas investment company tax risk management system

• Responses to group overseas investment companies tax inquires and investigations

• Seek for advisory in regards to group overseas daily investments taxes

• Establish and advance the group overseas tax Information system

Group Transfer Pricing Management

• Planning, creating and implementing of group transfer pricing framework

• Development and implementation of group transfer pricing policy

• Develop risk group transfer pricing management system

• Establish group transfer pricing profit indicator monitoring system

• Develop and manage group transfer pricing tax compliance

• Responses to group transfer pricing tax inquires and investigations

• Seek for advisory in regards to group daily business and transfer pricing issues

• Establish and advance the group transfer pricing Module information system

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance with at least 7 years of relevant taxation experience.

• Big 4 trained is an advantage.

• Experience in handling international / cross border tax issues is required.

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to work with HQ in China).
