Our Client:

• A foreign-owned real estate Group with properties across China.  Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Group HR Director to be based in Shanghai, China.

Role:

• Provides strategic leadership to a team of HR professionals across China to deliver the full spectrum of talent management services to the various Business Units, including both the HR BP teams and the Shared Service Centre teams.

• Develops and ensures the implementation of the human capital strategy to be in line with business goals and objectives, which includes policies, programmes and framework in the areas of human capital acquisition, management and leadership development to support long-term organisational growth and transformation

• Works closely with business leaders to ensure that the talent pool is able to support current business needs and future business plans

Requirements:

• Possesses at least a good university degree

• More than 15 years of relevant working experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, preferably at the group level

• Candidates with experience in HR digitalisation projects will have a strong advantage

• Strong leadership skills and people-oriented

• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
