Our client:

• One of the largest telecommunications carrier with global presence. With the expansion of the team, they are sourcing for ICT Solutions Manager in Philippines.

• This role will be required to be based in Philippines, Manila.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Understanding customers’ networking and ICT requirements and providing high quality network design for customers’ WAN

• To structure and produce compelling technical documentation/ proposal outlining the cost savings and benefits to clients using our products and other ICT solutions

• Participate and interact with HQ Team to align and come up with appropriate solution for customer

• Prepares and delivers customer presentations and demonstrations of the solution, articulately and confidently

• Providing technical support to account managers on our services and other relevant ICT products and services

• Providing support to project managers and partners in WAN project implementations and supporting operations and service managers in post-sales queries

Required:

• Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent with experience from ICT industry

• CCNA/CCNP/CCIP/ ITIL/ HCNP/ MCSE/ CISSP certification would be an added advantage

• Typically 5 to 6 years relevant experiences in Network, Network Security, Data Centre, ICT Solution (Cloud, SD-WAN), IOT is highly preferred

• Knowledge of telecommunications related technologies and services such as, wireless technology; 3G, wireless, VOIP, ISDN, IP, Internet, networking equipment, video transmission and etc.

• Experience in product development, consultant and project management area, supporting Chinese Enterprise would be an advantage

• Possess good customer handling and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers, peers and colleagues

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
