• A leading innovation company in designing AI solutions for the construction, building and heavy industries, including autonomous driving solutions for industrial settings.

• Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Chief Technology Officer (Based in Chongqing).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the CEO, the job incumbent will be responsible for managing the technical research and development team to build the company’s core technical strength in industrial autonomous driving and other leading AI applications.

• He/ she will be the subject matter expert and provide strategic leadership in the formulation of the Product R&D plan, development and design of product technical framework to ensure product implementation;

• He/ she will provide guidance to the team on major technical decision-making and technical solutions in the implementation of R&D projects.

• He/ she will also plan the company’s intellectual property rights and patent management and lead the application of science and technology projects.

  
  

What you need to know/ have:

• The ideal candidate should possess a good postgraduate Degree, majoring in artificial intelligence, computer, communication, electronic engineering, vehicle management, etc.;

• He/ she should possess more than 15 years of experience in technical R&D in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, industrial Internet of Things, autonomous driving, with more than 5 years of team management experience and able to lead a highly qualified technical team.

• He/ she should possess innovative thinking and strong learning ability, broad vision, broad technology stack, and deeper accomplishments or influence in the field of professional technology (preferably machine learning);
