• A leading developer for logistics properties in Asia.  Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Senior Manager, Office Leasing (Based in Shanghai, China).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Based in Shanghai, the job incumbent will be responsible for leasing and marketing of the Group’s office properties in China.

• He/she will develop and implement effective strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties through securing new clients either through direct efforts or through property agents.

What you need to know/ have:

• The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree at least 8-10 years of experience in leasing and marketing of office properties in China.

• He/ she should have good communication skills.

• He/ she must be effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English.
