• Due to business expansion, they have a new position for Shipping Operations Manager (based in Chongqing, China).

Role and Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will lead and manage the shipping operations team to ensure smooth and efficient running of cargo management (cargo outbound & transshipment & inland conveyance), logistics, voyage creation, vessel reporting, project management, effective resolution of any issues & problems, etc.

• He/ she ensure that the team discharges the above mentioned functions effectively and timely with excellent service standard.

• He/ she will be responsible for the recruiting, training and performance management and coaching of the team members.

What you need to know/ have:

• The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree with about 5-8 years of experience in shipping industry.

• He/ she should be possess at least 3 years of experience in managing big teams.

• He/ she should have strong leadership skills, good communication skills and be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

• He/ she must be willing to be based in Chongqing, China.
