Job Description:
Oversee and lead a team in providing property maintenance and facilities management in all aspects for the commercial building.
Ensuring the maintenance works/ service delivery are completed as per requirements and agreed KPIs.
Responsible for overseeing daily building operational matters.
Responsible for the approved OPEX and CAPEX of the building.
Prepare and tracking of budget.
Management of property development projects, retrofitting, upgrading or improvements.
Formulate facilities related plans, house rules, permits etc
Other duties as assigned by the Management.
What you need to know/ have:
Degree in Estate Management, Building, Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with good supervisory skills.
Good knowledge of The Building Maintenance.
Possess leadership, drive, initiatives and problem-solving skills.
