Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring that the entire Malaysia office achieves their sales target
Stabilize and standardize all internal and external processes
Hire and train new employees
Apply strategic planning to determine company, department or unit objectives
Develop staff to maximize potential
Evaluate current business processes and systems
Plan and implement procedures and systems
Formulate department/unit policies and practices
Coordinate financial and budget activities
Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports)
Responsible for the achievement of department/division/unit
What you need to know/ have:
At least 5 to 10 years experiences in management position in marketing/sales in the ICT are required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
Previous sales experience with network of clients in the Malaysia market.
Team and business management experience, practices knowledge of strategic planning
Excellent communication skills.
Very strong leadership & making decision, result driven with high level of problem solving skill.
