Our Client:
A leading FMCG company with business interests globally. Due to business expansion needs, they now have new position as Human Resources Business Partner (Based in California, United States)
Job Responsibilities:
Main point of contact between HR and the business
Lead activities relating full spectrum of HR activities, including human capital planning, recruitment, comp and ben, training, staff disciplinary, employee relationship, etc.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the hiring process.
Develop and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
Review and manage employee benefits programs.
Ensure that all HR practices are in compliance with local (state) and federal labor laws.
Liaise with third-party service providers for salary administration, etc
Required:
A good university degree.
At least 7 years of HR experience in United States.
In-depth knowledge of US labor law and HR practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
