Our Client:

A leading FMCG company with business interests globally. Due to business expansion needs, they now have new position as Human Resources Business Partner (Based in California, United States)

Job Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact between HR and the business

• Lead activities relating full spectrum of HR activities, including human capital planning, recruitment, comp and ben, training, staff disciplinary, employee relationship, etc.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the hiring process.

• Develop and conduct employee orientation and training programs.

• Review and manage employee benefits programs.

• Ensure that all HR practices are in compliance with local (state) and federal labor laws.

• Liaise with third-party service providers for salary administration, etc

Required:

• A good university degree.

• At least 7 years of HR experience in United States.

• In-depth knowledge of US labor law and HR practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
