A property developer of high-end residential, hotel, Grade A offices and retail properties, listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore.
The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Marketing will formulate and execute the leasing & sales strategies for the offices, co-working space, retail & residential properties of the Group. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the entire cycle of leasing process from generating initial prospect interest through qualification, lease negotiation and document execution as well as developing marketing plans for the sale of its residential properties. Additionally, he/she will be responsible to undertake feasibility studies of development sites. He/she will also lead, manage and supervise the team and third-party agencies, brokers and business partners.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing day to day function of the department and providing supervision to the staff.
Establish sound leasing and sales strategies for the Group’s commercial and residential properties
Lead the team to execute leasing and marketing or sales plans to achieve desired occupancy targets and sales targets.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry. Stay abreast of the market and comparable properties, their pricing, competitive positions and benchmarking; to maximize occupancy and financial performance of the Group’s properties relative to the competition.
Providing regular updates to Management on market intelligence on supply demand, pricing, competition and market positioning for its asset.
Negotiate leases, contract renewals and expansions
Maintain good tenant relationship and maximise desired tenant retention
Develop marketing plans for the sales of its residential project.
Plan and manage marketing budget
Collaborate closely with internal Departments to enhance customers experiences, improve processes, and deliver successful outcomes.
Responsible for the performance of the Co-working Space and the managing team
To be part of the acquisition team and involve in the upfront feasibility studies of any targeted assets to be acquired
Involve and give inputs to the Asset team in any asset enhancements initiatives when needs arise.
Requirements:
Recognized University Degree in real estate, marketing or other similar discipline
Minimum 15 years of commercial leasing and marketing experience with proven track records in leading a team with office/retail/residential property leasing experience as well as sales of residential properties experience.
Sound knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry including commercial leasing process, space planning, possible tenant mix and tenant improvement process
Ability to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse business environment with multiple and changing demands
Effective leadership with strong client relationship management skills and people skills
Passion for customer satisfaction, strong stakeholder relationship-management with ability to influence, negotiate, and display partnering and consulting skills
Analytical, numerate, attention to details, resourceful, adaptable and self-driven
Good team player and yet able to work independently
