Our Client:

A leading FMCG company with business interests globally.  Due to business expansion needs, they now have new position as Regional Head of HR – Based in Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be a member of Africa region management team and collaborate on the region’s structure, talent development, employee relations, and labor law compliance

• Plan and implement the region’s overall HR strategy, policies and procedures, working with the HR leads in Africa to ensure alignment on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, global mobility, compliance, learning, development, and organizational design.

• Responsible for all HR functions from entry to exit including organizational design, manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee rewards, labour relations and exit.

• Responsible for managing and implementing HR projects

• Develops a robust talent pipeline

• Fostering staff engagement, as well as establishing a health, safety, and wellness framework and culture

Required:

• At least a Good university degree;

• More than 12 years of work experience in full spectrum of HR functions.  Candidates with prior relevant working experience in  Africa will have a strong advantage

• Good communication skills and good interpersonal relationships

• Effective communication skills in English

• Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have a strong advantage
