Our Client:
A leading F&B Chain expanding to Singapore and South East Asia. They are now looking for a Store Expansion Head.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the overall strategy for store expansion and driving the implementation plans to achieve the company’s regional expansion goals, in Singapore initially, then regionally to SEA markets
Responsible for leading the store development team to roll out the full spectrum of store expansion activities including market planning, site selection, asset management, negotiations with landlords, lease signing/ renewal/ restructuring, store optimization etc
Establish and maintain a good co-operative relationship with partners
Required:
At least 12 years of experience in F&B or retail store expansion in Singapore and the SEA region
Strong network of landlords in Singapore and rules & regulation
Experience in setting up from 0 to 1
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
