Summary:

Our client is a large scale conglomerate with global presence. They are expanding their business and are searching for a MD Capital Market & Investment responsible for South East Asia market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop the Fund IR strategy and framework, manage capital raising, prepare investor promotion and roadshow materials, organize further demonstration publicity materials

• Provide tailored capital markets advice, develop and assist in the execution of both traditional and non-traditional capital solutions.

• Manage capital raising activities including managing investor relations and reporting

• Lead new business development, including maintaining detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals globally

• Responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investment and acquisition opportunities, including transaction plan designing, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, risk recognition/improvement and post-merger integration

• Liaise with existing investors as well as establish new client and consultant relationships including external advisors, legal and if applicable, placement agents.

• Establish and manage Capital Market and Investment team

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other related field

• Candidate will have over 15 years of capital market and fund raising experience with strong global network

• Buy-side experience preferred including M&A for healthcare, green energy, new energy and tech firms

• Familiar with SEA markets will be an added advantage

• Resourceful, open-minded, proactive, quick learner, demonstrated intellectual curiosity

• Exposure to private equity funds is a plus

• Able to communicate in Mandarin so as to liaise with the company’s China partners
