Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the Human Resource operations of the organisation
Formulate and implement suitable HR Policies and Practices for the organisation
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll, C&B, Training, HR Policies etc.
Facilitate the Annual Performance Management Exercise
Manage Compensation & Benefits framework and policies
Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment and training
Ensure compliance to Employment Act legislation changes and update policies, and reporting requirements by various government authorities
Plan and Manage HR Budget.
Required:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent level
5 years of relevant work experience in an engineering/electronics manufacturing industry
Full spectrum HR experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, C&B, HR Policies etc.
Able to establish HR policies and manage HR operations
Good communication and writing skills
Meticulous, business acumen and positive attitude
