Main Responsibilities:

• Leasing of retail properties owned by the group by sourcing and securing suitable tenants that fit into desired tenant mix

• Identifying market trends, key insights and rethinking of marketing tools to lease out retail spaces

• Implementing appropriate marketing and renewal strategies to meet KPIs

• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost

• Reviewing and formulating marketing and leasing strategies for long term sustainability in current Covid19 environment

• Building and establishing good tenant relationships and cultivating strong network with prospects and partners. 

• Supporting AEI on new retail spaces and carrying out feasibility studies for new developments

• Preparing management reports and annual budgets

• Managing key stakeholders and engaging senior management on obtaining approvals for concepts, revenue budgets and sharing of periodical updates.

Required:

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent

• Resourceful, energetic and confident individual with 8 years of retail leasing experience

• Effective interpersonal, negotiation, organisational and leadership skills

• Good contacts with retail players and agents
