Our Client:

• A leading tech-based FMCG player headquartered in China. Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Director, Financial Systems and Processes (Based in Southern China).

Main Responsibilities:

• Leads a team to review, plan, develop, design and roll out necessary changes to improve the current financial systems and processes based on company’s strategic direction and business growth needs;

• Collaborate with technical personnel on the system needs and requirements;

• Keep abreast of latest technology development and international best practices, and bring in those relevant to the organisation’s needs with the aim of continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of internal systems;

• Co-ordinate business and financial process training for business and system users.

Required:

• At least a good University Degree, MBA or CPA holders will have a strong advantage

• More than 10 years of overall financial management experience

• Candidates with relevant working experience in MNCs will have a strong advantage;

• Familiar with China and international accounting standards, taxation, auditing regulations, policies and other related financial professional knowledge and application,

• Experience in finance-related information technology project consulting work or in implementing financial analysis and information system solutions

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
