• A travel retail business group in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

• In this business critical role, you will be responsible for contributing to the online business growth by formulation and execution of the digital (e-commerce) strategy.

• Deliver P&L results and own annual budget for the eCommerce business;

• Grow customer base and monetise customer loyalty;

• Build a strong brand and own the technology roadmap for eCommerce;

• Provide eCommerce thought leadership including market trends;

• Lead, manage and build capability of the team to achieve organisational growth targets;

• Set clear goals and expectations and hold people accountable to a high standard of excellence.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years’ experience in eCommerce, experience in luxury/beauty/cosmetics/FMCG industry advantageous

• Working knowledge of eCommerce business model (from demand generation to distribution) is required

• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills with experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams

• Strong experience of leveraging digital media for growth

• Strong analytical and data mining skills
