Our Client:

• An international real estate investment management Group with assets across China. Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Manager (Asset Management) to be based in Shanghai.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages a portfolio of assets (office, industrial and mixed-use properties) across China.

• Formulates and develops the strategy and implementation of plans to optimise the performance thus enhancing the capital value of the assets to achieve the Group’s investment objectives

• Analysis of portfolio risk profile and returns.

• Reviews asset performances against budgets and underwritings.

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reports (or any ad-hoc reports if required) covering financial performance, operations, leasing and/or sales status, marketing and AEI (if any).

• Participate in the due diligence process for acquisitions of new projects and work with investment team in the divestment of assets.

Required:

• At least a good university degree

• At least 5-8 years experience in asset management for industrial or office properties in China

• Good market knowledge

• Strong numeric and analytical skills

• Experience in leasing or market research is a plus

• CPA holders have a strong advantage

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
