Job Description:

• Define and manage the performance of the team while leading initiatives in line with company’s target

• Monitor daily output of e-commerce fulfillment by using analytics and other tools

• Accountable for managing all fulfillment center activities while ensuring results are in line with budgets and key performance metrics

• Partner with internal stakeholders on staffing, scheduling and coordination of critical resources required

• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations while provide regular reporting updates

• Manage SLA of for all e-commerce orders by working closely with the fulfilment team

What you need to know/ have:

• A Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience in the integrated functions of fulfillment & Distribution Warehouse Management or equivalent.

• Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret product information, production schedules, process documentation.

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office application, ERP, WMS systems.

• Significant experience in supply chain processes and procedures.

• Demonstrates effective organizational and interpersonal savvy skills.
