Our Client:
●An international integrated real estate developer with presence in China. Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Eldercare Centre Director to be based in Tianjin.
Main Responsibilities:
●Responsible for the preliminary planning, setting up of the eldercare centre in Tianjin
●Design of eldercare products and service offerings;
●Responsible for formulating and implementing the annual development goals and specific business plans for the project, and controlling the operation process of the project;
●Prepare budgets and keep track of adherence
●Responsible for market analysis and development, keeping abreast of consumer needs and trends
●Brand building, operating system building, team building and overall operation management;
●Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments of the company and relevant government departments
Required:
●At least a good university degree
●At least 10 years of relevant experience in eldercare industry
●Have a solid understanding of the eldercare industry in Tianjin
●Experience in eldercare operations and product management
●Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
●Must be based in Tianjin
