Our client:

●The real estate arm of a leading conglomerate with investments globally.

●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Head of Real Estate Assets Management –Based in Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

●Leads in developing the strategy and implementation of plans for managing the Group’s real estate assets, and achieving the Group’s investment objectives

●Leads the asset management team comprising of construction directors, technical quantity surveyors, leasing, sales & marketing professionals in formulating and implementing plans to optimise the performance thus enhancing the capital value of the assets, including office, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Required:

●At least a Bachelor’s Degree.  Candidates with MBA will have a strong advantage

●At least 12 -15 years of relevant investment management experience in globally renowned real estate investments firms, funds or platforms

●A strong track record of real estate investments across major cities in the world

●Strong leadership skills

●Strong business acumen

●Possesses deep industry relationships and strong network which can translate to investment deals

●Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
