●The real estate arm of a leading conglomerate with investments globally.

●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Head of Global Investments –Based in Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

●Leads in developing the investment strategy, short and long-term investment plans for the Group’s real estate business.

●Leads the investment team in sourcing, research, due diligence, and execution of global real estate investment deals across major cities in Asia, Europe and US.

●Investment portfolio comprises of office, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments

Required:

●At least a Bachelor’s Degree.  Candidates with MBA will have a strong advantage

●At least 12 -15 years of relevant investment management experience in globally renowned real estate investments firms, funds or platforms

●A strong track record of real estate investments across major cities in the world

●Strong leadership skills

●Strong business acumen

●Possesses deep industry relationships and strong network which can translate to investment deals

●Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
