Our client:

●An international company has a network of hospitals and specialist clinics across China.

Due to business needs, they have an opening for China Head of Hospital and Clinic Operations:

Main Responsibilities:

●Assist the CEO to review and develop the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Group’s hospitals and specialist clinics across China

●Assist the CEO in the formulation, implementation and inspection of the medical system operations plan to ensure smooth operations;

●Be fully involved in new hospital/ clinic projects, including planning and design stage, budgeting, setting up, project progress control, pre-opening, etc

●Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of projects after opening, including budgeting, medical care, teaching, operation, finance, personnel, information, logistics support, etc.;

●Set up and manage key performance indicators for the team, including healthcare safety and service quality

Required:

●Good University Degree, preferably from medical background

●At least 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, with 3 years in management level positions in China;

●Good interpersonal & communications skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority.

●Good communication skills in Mandarin and English

●Good people management skills

●Microsoft Office skills

●Able to travel frequently within China for business trips
