Our client:

●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.  Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Property Manager to be based in Wuhan, China.

Main Responsibilities:

●Lead a team of professionals to manage a commercial building, including security, M&E works, fitting out works, cleanliness

●Plan and manage property management budget and operating expenses for the commercial building

●Manage property management related contracts

●Manage the performance of service providers and subcontractors

●Build and maintain good working relationships with all the tenants of the commercial building

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

●At least 8 years of relevant property management experience in China

●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
